Before Evocare had a name, a structure, or a team, there was one project that started it all. Grapevine Rheumatology Clinic became the first practice I ever supported in this field, a defining moment where I realized the impact I could create through operational clarity, compassion, and consistency.
I wasn’t a co-founder then. I wasn’t leading a company. I was simply one person stepping into a clinic that was struggling and choosing to take ownership when it mattered most. That single project became the foundation of everything Evocare stands for today.
Where It Started
When I first began working with Grapevine Rheumatology, the practice was experiencing:
Scheduling gaps and inconsistent patient flow

Nothing about the workflow was predictable.
