I began my career as a pharmacist and quality assurance professional, where I learned the weight of maintaining perfect standards while caring for patients’ well-being. Balancing precision & compassion showed me how demanding healthcare can be. However, in the medical billing world, I witnessed the hidden struggles providers face: endless paperwork, denials, compliance challenges, and financial uncertainty. Their time & energy were being diverted away from what truly matters, patient care.

Ten years ago, I founded Evocare Billings & IT Solutions to make a difference. Our mission is simple: lift the administrative burden, restore financial clarity, and give providers the freedom to focus on their patients. Over the past decade, we’ve helped practices strengthen their revenue cycles, recover lost income, & build operational stability. I am a licensed pharmacist with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, and bring over eight years of professional experience in healthcare. My clinical background has given me a strong foundation in medical documentation, pharmacology, and regulatory standards, which directly strengthens the operational and compliance framework at Evocare Billings.

As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Evocare Billings, I lead billing operations, credentialing, payer enrollments, and client onboarding. I focus on building structured, efficient systems that ensure accuracy, clean claims, and sustainable revenue performance. My ability to bridge clinical knowledge with operational execution allows me to maintain both precision and accountability across all services we provide. I am deeply committed to excellence, detail-oriented leadership, and fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and performance. I believe strong leadership is built on consistency, clear communication, and the confidence to make decisive operational improvements. I take pride in representing Evocare with professionalism, integrity, and a forward-thinking mindset that drives growth.

Beyond my professional role, I enjoy traveling, painting, and spending quality time with my spouse. I am also a cat lover, and my beloved cats, Fedo and Fluffy, will always remain close to my heart.

Amina Amjad (Co-Founder & Director of Operations)

I serve as the HR & Marketing Director at Evocare Billings, where I focus on building a strong organizational foundation that supports both our team and our clients. My role centers on talent acquisition, team development, and creating a work environment that encourages accountability, growth, and consistent performance. I work closely with leadership to ensure our internal structure aligns with our long-term vision and operational goals, while also implementing systems that improve operational efficiency and team productivity.

On the marketing side, I lead initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and connect us with healthcare providers seeking reliable revenue cycle solutions. This includes developing outreach strategies, managing client communications, and positioning Evocare Billings as a trusted partner in medical billing and practice support. I also focus on refining our market positioning, ensuring our messaging clearly communicates the measurable value and financial impact we deliver to our clients.

My objective is to support sustainable growth by aligning people, processes, and strategy. By strengthening both our internal team and external relationships, I help ensure Evocare continues to expand while maintaining the high standards our clients expect and rely on. I am driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, strategic execution, and building a resilient organization capable of long-term success in a competitive healthcare landscape.

Muhammad Fazal Sialvee (Director HR & Marketing)

I partner with healthcare providers to strengthen cash flow, reduce compliance exposure, and streamline operational systems that support long-term scalability. My approach combines financial precision with strategic execution, ensuring that performance, compliance, and growth remain aligned. I work closely with practices to identify inefficiencies, improve revenue cycle performance, and implement structured processes that support consistent financial outcomes.

I focus on building sustainable operational frameworks that give providers greater clarity, control, and confidence in their financial and administrative systems. My goal is to help healthcare organizations operate more efficiently while creating a stable foundation for long-term growth and scalability. I also support practices in improving operational transparency, strengthening internal coordination, and creating workflows that enhance both financial and administrative efficiency.

I believe that strong systems and informed decision-making are the foundation of long-term success. My approach is proactive, detail-oriented, and centered on delivering measurable improvements that help practices operate with stability and confidence in an evolving healthcare environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading about business and psychology, exploring new places, and maintaining an active lifestyle. I also appreciate traveling, discovering new cuisines, and spending time in environments that encourage creativity and personal growth.

Lina Vairee (Healthcare Consultant)

I’m a Business Development Executive at Evocare Billing & IT Solutions, focused on building smart partnerships and driving measurable growth. I enjoy strategic conversations, spotting hidden opportunities, and turning “we’ll think about it” into “let’s move forward.” Business development, for me, is equal parts analysis, intuition, and consistent follow-ups (yes, I believe in them).

I focus on creating meaningful relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their operational challenges and presenting solutions that deliver real, measurable impact. I believe strong partnerships are built on trust, clarity, and consistent value. My approach is proactive, detail-oriented, and centered on long-term growth rather than short-term wins.

I’m naturally curious, results-driven, and slightly obsessed with improvement, whether it’s refining a strategy or perfecting a brush stroke on a canvas. I’m observant by nature. I’d rather outperform than overexplain. When I’m not building connections, I’m playing with paints because sometimes the best ideas don’t start in meetings… they start on a blank canvas. I also enjoy learning about human behavior, communication psychology, and finding creative ways to approach challenges.

Komal Shehzad (Business Development Executive)

I serve as the Medical Billing Manager at Evocare Billing & IT Solutions, where I oversee billing operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and revenue optimization. My role involves managing the full billing cycle, from charge entry and claim submission to denial resolution and payment reconciliation, ensuring that every process supports maximum reimbursement and operational efficiency.

I work closely with billing teams and leadership to maintain structured workflows, improve claim acceptance rates, and reduce turnaround times. By analyzing trends, identifying recurring issues, and implementing corrective strategies, I help strengthen financial performance and minimize revenue loss. I am committed to maintaining high standards of precision, accountability, and consistency across all billing operations.

I also focus on improving team performance through process standardization and clear performance benchmarks to create efficient billing systems that reduce errors and accelerate reimbursements.

My approach is detail-driven and performance-focused, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and reliable execution. Outside of work, I enjoy staying informed about healthcare industry changes, improving analytical skills, and spending time on activities that encourage focus and discipline.

Alex Jeffery (Medical Billing Manager)

Akhmas Shahzad is an experienced medical billing professional with over five years of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management. He has strong proficiency in medical billing operations, insurance verification, claims processing, and patient account management, ensuring accurate and efficient financial workflows.

Currently serving as Team Lead at Evocare Billings and IT Solutions LLC, Akhmas oversees billing operations, supports team performance, and ensures compliance with payer guidelines and industry standards. His leadership focuses on accuracy, workflow efficiency, and maximizing revenue collection.

He also has hands-on experience in front desk operations, including scheduling, patient support, and eligibility verification. Akhmas specializes in accounts receivable follow-ups, denial resolution, payment posting, and debt recovery, helping reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow.

With a detail-oriented and results-driven approach, Akhmas is committed to optimizing revenue cycle performance and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

Hi, my name is Asad Javed. I am a graduate of Allama Iqbal Open University and a professional medical biller with over four years of hands-on experience in revenue cycle management. I began my career at Physician Revenue Group, where I gained valuable experience in production workflows, claim management, and denial resolution. Over time, I developed strong expertise in identifying claim issues, resolving denials, and improving reimbursement efficiency.

I have experience working with multiple EHR and billing platforms, including eClinicalWorks (ECW), Azalea Health, TriZetto, and Office Ally, which has helped me adapt quickly to different systems and client requirements. Currently, I work as an Accounts Receivable Executive at Evocare Medical Billings, where I manage outstanding claims, communicate with insurance companies, and ensure timely reimbursements to support a healthy and consistent revenue cycle.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, playing games, and exploring different cuisines. I am passionate about continuous learning and committed to building a strong and successful career in the healthcare and technology industry.
